First attempted at animating weight! Frame by frame made in Adobe Animate, time consuming but enjoyable to draw using the Wacom tablet. I became much more proficient with it because of this project.
My names Electra Fire Scott. I am a nature lover and want to see more of the world . I grew up in Seattle and after high school I went wondering. I worked in Australia on a live aboard diving boat where I met Joe Doyle. We worked in Malaysia together and traveled a little more until we stopped in Tampa to educate ourselves. For a little less then four years Joe has worked at becoming an electrician and I studied Biochemistry. Now we are on the last year getting ready to leave for our next adventure. During the last classes of my undergraduate education I found a passion for art. I decided to attempt to complete an art minor. I am looking for ways to continue doing art but creating more useful or valuable pieces. I think that animation is an ideal medium for me continuing art after school. Listen to the Gorilla! Final project for my first animation class. Great experience and I hope to continue animating! Puppeting is so great to know about and after effects makes it easy once you know what to do. I had some problems with composition and I think he looks very floaty, but I did my best to make him not look like a puppet. Great character to have for the future.
Bouncing Ball: This is my first 2D animation using Adobe Animate CC. I learned the value of planning and the necessity for layers. I never new there was so much you could use in this program. I love being able to sketch and tween. September 2017
